What are you most excited about as the next generation of egg farmers?
“After having explored very different careers, I’m excited that I gravitated towards my roots; egg farming. I love that the future of egg farming is wide open and that I get to be part of it while carrying forward our family tradition and being the next generation to do so.”
How did you get started in egg farming and what has the journey been like for you?
“I guess you can say my learning started, basically when I was a baby. We would be around the birds, eventually we are collecting the eggs ourselves. I was given the opportunity to operate the barns. it’s been a learning curve and a lot to learn in a short amount of time and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I’ve found my forever place and what I want to do with my life.”
