What are you most excited about as the next generation of egg farmers?
“Today, there is much more transparency in everything we do. I’m excited about how the role of the consumer changes what farming is today. There are more opportunities for us as farmers to listen and connect with consumers than ever before.”
What inspired you to become an egg farmer?
“When I was growing up, I was always interested in the farm. I was always really involved at our local fair which had a big agriculture component. I loved the community and thought to myself this is what I was meant to do.”
