The Leroux family

Marcel and his wife Sylvette began their farm in 1977. They now work with their daughter to produce white eggs.

When they began their farm, all of the duties were performed by hand, which meant that they were feeding, collecting eggs and packaging everything themselves.

Looking forward, the farm family thinks the greatest opportunity and challenges lie in providing good quality eggs to Canadian families at a fair price.

The Leroux family really enjoys what they do. “My favourite part of being an egg farm family is being able to be my own boss and knowing that we supply Canadian families with a product that is safe and inexpensive,” Marcel says. “It’s been a great journey.”
